I wasn't sure where to post this. I am trying to run my original .gig VSL Performance Tool but have one snag. (wish I could afford to buy all the new stuff VSL has now but I simply can not afford it).
I have a sample player (g-player or Kontakt) that has to run in standalone mode for reasons of additional MIDI programs (VSL performance tool and/or EW WordBuilder). I have the samples working well MIDI wise but I am stumped as to how I can record that audio into Cubase 7.5. The standalone sampler (g-player or Kontakt) uses my MOTU ASIO as does Cubase. Is there simply a way I need to set Cubase’s inputs? Or do I need an audio cable routing program? I have tried using VB-Audio’s ASIO Bridge software but I can only get it to recognise audio signal from something such as Windows Player.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Aaron
