    I never get my VEP working fine on 2 computers, it always sounds broken on the slave computer. I m using Mac Pro early 2009 and Mac Mini late 2012 via (Dany 24 AWG) ethernet cable. I have tried turning off WIFI, firewall barriers or any other network connections on both computers, but no luck. Do I need to spend lots of money on any special ethernet cable or some heavy duty networking products to get my VEP sound right on the slave?

    Hello shani, 

    You don´t need any special equipment, a simple Gigabit Ethernet connection works fine. 

    Which settings are you using, in terms of latency (soundcard buffer and network buffer, in the VE PRO Server Interface plug-in)?

    Also, does this work if you are only using, e.g., 1 Vienna Instruments instance?
