    I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM… Its been 6 months that I have been unable to use my vienna symphonic library after updating my operating system. I have a mac pro Software OS X 10.8.5 (12F45). I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE VIENNA DOWNLOAD MANAGER on the software page, there is no place to click to download it. I only can download the two pdfs about it. What is going on here?? Does anyone else have this problem? I checked on my new laptop and the same problem? Please help I really need this running

    Are you sure you're logged into the website with the same credencials you used when you bought the libraries?
