    Good morning,

    I'm unable to launch VI (both standard and pro versions) either as standalones or within VE pro. Can't pinpoint any potential reason for this beacause I haven't used VI on this particular computer for some time. Was running windows 8, but upgraded to 8.1 in hope of a solution - unfortunately to no avail. The application starts to launch but crashes before take-off.

    Any thoughts/solutions gratefully recieved.

    Have you tried updating all software, including the eLicenser?
