    Hi All :-)

    Not sure if this is a new problem or I just never noticed it before, but I am experiencing a popping noise at the start of the Orchestral Strings Violins and Violas perf-rep_por-sl patches, and only when I repeat a single note (so this seems to only be a problem with the round-robins...changing notes is fine). Celli and Basses are OK.

    Is this normal?

    You shouldn't be getting any noises here,  so it sounds like for some reason your system is struggling to grab the sample data quick enough.

    You could try to mute the second repitition, to check if it just that sample, or if it is any repitition, as you could have a glitch in the sampe data.

     You could check if your hard drive needs defragmenting, as that could cause it as well

    Yeah I incresed the Preload size to 2048 and the problem went away, thanks. I didn't think that was the problem because I have my libs spread across 2 SSDs and the problem was isolated to just these 2 patches. It's a new system, so I guess I still need to figure out what's optimal.
