Just purchased a single instrument harp, registered, blah, blah, blah and I have the same problem as has been reported the past two years about no link to download the "download manager". FIX!

I'm sorry to hear of this problem. You have to be logged in to see the link to the download in our User Area - this should resolve the issue.
If the problem persists, please contact us at , if possible with details about your browser and operating system, as well as a screenshot that shows the problem.

Wow, my apologies again...
You seem to be the only customer, who only purchased the Harps 1 Collection - we have indeed completely missed to link this Collection to the software downloads!
The link is now fixed, so you should be able to find the the installer in your User Area now.
