    I just upgraded my saxophones to Level II. Is there anything else for me to download, or is it the case that the files are already on my hard drive, and with activation codes and Level II VI presets I'm good to go? I thought with Solo Strings I had to download more files, but maybe I misremember. Best, Clare

    Hi Clare,

    From what I know, when you download the libraries, you are getting the full library.  There shouldn't be anything else to download.  I've read all over the place that due to the structure of the libraries, you download the full library.  The Level 2 Matricies should be available if you've updated the license.  I hope this helps!

     Depending on the last time you used it, you may need to update your elicensor (Vienna Key) software.
