Hey all. i sent this mail to vsl support, but just wanted to put it up here in case anyone might have a clue as to what could be going on.
I recently purchased the Harp 2 standard and full Libraries. Yet only the standard is showing up when i start an instance.
i have updated all my software, including the eLicenser.
I have re-installed the full library twice, performed maintenance on the eLicenser, and restarted my computer several times,
yet the extended patches will not show up.
i have attached a screen shot of my eLicenser, the files in the folder on my drive, and the interface of the VI instance to show you that everything is indeed present on my computer.
any clues? thanks in advance :)
