    Hi

    Purchased Brass 2. Installed in folder where other folders of other libraries are. Added folder to Directory Manager. Brass 2 doesnt show in VIP. Scratching my head. Im sure its something I missed but the brain wont let me figure it out. Need other brain intervention. License was added to dongle.

    Hi Mike, 

    Did you make sure that your sample content is actually installed (*.dat files)?

    Your downloaded installation files (*.cab files, highly compressed) have to be installed (=extracted) to become the actual sample content.

    In the installation process, the location of this sample content is added to your Directory Manager automatically. 

    Installation should start automatically if you have not turned off the "Auto-Install" Option in the Download Manager ("on" by default). 

    => If the sample content is not installed yet, simply click "INSTALL" in the Download Manager!

    The new presets showed up under the existing brass directory in VIP. I figured they would have there own heading.
