    Hi there, I am just trying to download the Special Edition (1, 1+, 2 and 2+) libraries as my originals are all on DVD. I will be travelling so it is very useful to have versions on a hard disk should I need to re-install when I am on the road (which I shall soon be for quite some time). The download speeds, however, are extremely slow. The quickest I am getting is about 9kbps which, even by rural UK standards, is a tad slow. Are there any alternatives? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Paul, Yes I have tried. It is a little strange I admit (I remember downloading another library before and it was not that slow). But that connection is working fine (I have tested it with multiple methods). I'll email as you suggested.... Many thanks.
