    After many hours I am at 67%.

    If I stop the downloading process and turn off the PC, tomorrow will it start again from  67% or from the beginning?

    You can stop the download.

    When you return tomorrow and start the download again, the Download Manager will first check the data on your disk, and then download whatever is missing,
