Keyswitches for Windows 8 and Finale 2010

Does anyone know how to enable the key switches for Finale 2010 using Windows 8? In a bit of a pickle...

What do you mean by "enable"?  What library are you using?

I am using the special edition with the standard VE and VI

Then you'd need to download and install the HP preferences file, found in you User Area

I did that like 10 times and still, idk if I am doing it wrong (although I am following the pdfs) or if Windows 8 just... blows. What other solutions might there be?

In order to download the Human Playback Preferences for the Special Edition, you have to be logged in.

To be able to help, I will need some more information. What have you done exactly? Where are you stuck?
