    I ordered, paid Vienna Instruments PRO. Got the email with registration codes and activation codes, 3 items named PRO.

    Tried to add them to eLicenser, copied and pasted just the first one. It showed that is was for Vienna Instruments PRO.

    Then eLicenser wanted to download the license and this is what I got, over and over again:

    What next? To be sure, I downloaded and installed the very latest eLicenser software.

    Don't answer this. I did the whole excersize on my wife's 8 year old XP/32 laptop and though it took very long (slow machine), I've got the license on the piece of hardware. After having loaded VI-Pro it looks well. Still wondering why it didn't work on my computer......(a Ferrari)

    Hi Raymond,

    Thanks for posting that the issue has been resolved, great to hear that everything's working now.

    Generally in cases like this one it's a good idea to start by installing the most recent version of the eLicenser Control Center. 😉
