VE Pro Midi out and Logic

Hi, I'm thinking of buying VE Pro to use as a vst rack for Logic, but Im wondering about the midi routing options. I think I understand that it very tidily routes midi back and forth for conventional use, but does it offer any midi out options, either between vst's and/or to the IAC bus? Also can you route midi directly into the slaved VE Pro while it is slaved to Logic? The reason I'd like to do all this is that I have a complex midi setup in Bomes Midi Translator that I'd like to bypass Logics environment. I have read the manual but so far it looks like I can't do this so I just making sure, any light shed would be very much appreciated. Many thanks B
