    Hi, After downloading the Saxophone instrument with the downloader, the downloader locked up and did not automatically install my instrument. How do I manually install this instrument? I have all the rar files and it is showing in elicensor with a valid license, but i can't unzip the rar files. It says on the website (see below) that the download manager is supposed to automatically install the instrument, but it did not. Thanks! Best, Patrick This will start the Vienna Download Manager and the download will start automatically. Once the download is finished, the installation process will start right away (the eLicenser key with your license has to be connected to your computer

    Hello Pat,

    Sorry to hear about that.

    Which OS are you working on? And are you behind a severe firewall or using strict anti-virus programs?

    You can install the Library manually by starting the LIBRARY INSTALLER you find in your Applications => Vienna Instruments folder, after you have installed the latest Vienna Instruments Software.

    It will ask you to select the "packag.info" file that has been downloaded and can be found in your downloaded files. Once selected, the installation will start.
