eLicenser Not Accepting License?
I have just purchased the Exotic Percussion Extended library to complete the standard library I already purchased. When I launch the eLicenser and enter the code I was provided with, then click continue, the licenses field comes up blank and the app tells me "Currently there is no license available which can be upgraded", and my only option is to cancel. I have used the library in my host program (Logic), and have gotten a notice that I have a limited number of restarts available. Will my library expire, or will I need to enter the activation code AFTER I've used up all my restarts? A little confused..... Using Mac Pro Dual Quad 2.8, OSX version 10.7.5

Going through this right now with Brass 1 Extended. I checked and my original activation code was installed. When I insert the new activation code I received today for Brass 1 L2, I get this message:
"Currently, there is no license available which can be upgraded by your upgrade license. Please connect an USB-eLicenser, which holds an appropriate upgradable license, to your computer."
I've downloaded the current eLicenser, done repairs, still get the same message and all the keys are working.
I've already written support and sent in screen shots. Looking forward to the resolution.

This may or may not apply to you, but I could not activate Dimension Strings at first. The solution was to open eLicenser and click the button to run maintenance. Until I ran maintenance, it seemed that there was a problem with the DS installation or activation, but all that was wrong was the eLicenser version.

I found that, too, but on another product. Thank you for your input.
BTW, everything is working great. As usual, Marnix is "on the ball" (American term meaning she did great in getting things resolved).
