I am very new to Vienna software. I aam currently downloading two String libraries and they both say they are at 100% and yet they are still downloading. I have downloaded several other libraries and had no issues with this. The weird thing is my download rate has been toggling between 0.0 and 0.5 kb/s. Any ideas?
