    Hello,

    I've recently upgraded to the most recent software for VE Pro 5 and MIR Pro 24, but I'm getting the alert: "There's no Roompack containing required Venue. Pleae make sure to have the proper RoomPack installed and set the correct RoomPack Data Folder in Vienna MIR Pro Preferences."

    I went to the download manager hit the "+" sign then to Library, Application Support, VSL, then Vienna MIR, but the data is grayed out and I can't select them.

    I'm at a loss!

    What am I missing?

    Hello Mark,

    Please launch VE Pro Server and select Preferences/Vienna MIR Pro - here, you can browse for/assign your RoomPack Data Folder.

    Simply navigate to the folder containing your RoomPack Data (by default: /Library/Application Support/VSL/Vienna MIR) and select it!
