    I'm an (happy) owner of the Chamber Strings I v1.1, bought several years ago.

    I found the "Chamber strings I" basic library update in my User AREA and I installed it but... making an arrangement I didn't find anymore my perf trills, so looking to the content list of the new version I noticed they were removed by the basic and moved to the extended version, which I don't own.

    Because I can't find in the knowledge base a change log of the update, I don't know if I get any serious improvement using the new version, but I'm really disappointed by loosing sample content I had before!

    Any way of keeping my samples, or I've to remove the new version and re-install the old one?

    N.B. I'm owning the VI Pro player and the Dimension strings, they mix lovely with Chamber Strings creating realistic sections (and impressive Cinematic textures if you need), but fast legato is frequently requested to optimize the way Dimension Strings and Chamber Strings react to trills and embelishments, so loosing my Chamber Strings perf trills was a bad surprise.

    The customer service confirmed the difference between the old and the new release, and suggest to reinstall the old programs if I want to keep the missing patch.
