    Hello, yesterday VSL sent me my activision-code for the Dimension Strings, after a long wait. COOL! The LCC showed me an Error: The activation number was already used: WTF!? What should I do now? I needed the Library TODAY, not tomorrow or Monday. Some Ideas? Pls HELP Cheers Florian

    Hello Tonkutsche, 

    I have just checked your key (it´s already more than 10 years old) and it seems to me like it has reached its limit, which is why you cannot download the license. 

    If possible, use another key to store the license, or move some of the licenses stored on your key to another key to get more space. 

    These keys are also hardware products that come with a 2-years hardware guarantee... It could be a very good time to invest in a new key that will also hold 100 licenses, easily. 

    I am in contact with Stefan  from our Sales Team, who also sent you a demo license that you can use on any key you like (if there is space available).

    Hello Paul, YES! This Key is from "Cubase SX". I will exchange this old piece ASAP. I've tried my other two (modern) keys... The DEMO-Licence iss installed... (but... the VI Pro did not load anything (shows all presets but no Samples where loaded) --> other issue: It is SIMPLY not my day) Thanks for your fast help and advice! THANKS A LOT! Cheers Florian

    Hi Forian,

    Sounds good, I´m sure it will work on another key.

    Regarding the disabled cells:

    This is a feature of VI PRO, it loads VI PRO Presets with disabled cells.

    Click on a cell, this will enable it (load the samples in the background).

    Right-click on a matrix (in the matrix list to the left), you can "enable" the whole matrix.

    In "Settings" (the icon left to the Basic/Advanved View), you can also enable the whole instance and find additional options (like "Force Enabled Cells").

    Please see the VI PRO Manual for more information and check out the many video tutorials that also explain all the new features in detail.

    Hi Paul, thanks! The "Cell Thing" helps a lot (today, more than one thing went wrong... I was not relaxed enough to recognize the disabled cells - sorry). The activision-code-ching issn't that easy! I've tried the code with the other keys on several computers (Mac, Win...) ond different operation systems (10.6, 10.7, Win8, Win XP) but the code is "burned". what is to do? MANY Thanks Florian
