    Downloading Special Edition Vol. 1 Percussion, I hit 99.9% in about three hours (pretty slow for <2gb). now it won't move past the 99.9% mark, 0/0 servers most of the time. when i do get one server the download speed is 0.5 kb/s at the most. any ideas? thanks now="" it="" won't="" move="" past="" the="" 99.9%="" mark,="" 0/0="" servers="" most="" of="" the="" time.="" when="" i="" do="" get="" one="" server="" the="" download="" speed="" is="" 0.5="" kb/s="" at="" the="" most.="" any="" ideas?="">

    (same post - I must have used a symbol that cut the rest of this off) Downloading Special Edition Vol. 1 Percussion, I hit 99.9% in about three hours (pretty slow for less than 2GB).     Hi Bydalek,

    I'm sorry to hear of this problem. We just tried to reproduce this issue on three different computers with three different internet accesses, but didn't run into the problem you're describing.

    Have you made sure to install the most recent versions of our Vienna Instruments software, and the eLicenser Control Center?

    Has the license for the Special Edition Vol. 1 Percussion successfully been downloaded to your ViennaKey, or other eLicenser USB key?

    If the problem persists, please send us a screenshot of your problem with as many additional details as possible to , I'm sure we'll resolve this in no time.
