    I'm currently using Appassionata Strings on my Macbook 10.6.8.  I will be purchasing the new slim iMac in December but it does not have a DVD drive. 

    How will I be able to install my Appassionata Strings onto my new iMac if it doesn't have a DVD drive?

    Can't you just copy from one system to the other?

    How would I copy it if my new iMac has no drive? What would I copy to?

    Over a the network?  To an external hard drive?

    Thanks Bill. I will try that. As long as my licensing key is on, I could copy the files to my external drive and paste the installer files on my new mac.

     You can move/copy files around without any issue, no need for key. You only need the key to use them. Then, use the VSL Directory Manager to readjust the library paths on your new computer.
