    Hello Forums

    From my understanding, the presets for Brass and Winds (For examples the Horn and Flutes) are Monophonic. When I play two or more notes, it just cuts off. Would someone be able to advise on a way to make these patches play polyphonically, while still maintaining legato and release? I really want to stop setting up 3 X 4 Horns just so I can have 3 notes playing at the same time.

    Your time is much appreciated.

    (PS I'm quite new to VSL stuff...)

    Check out VI PRO - this way you can play legato patches polyphonic!

    A free demo license is available when you click "Try" on the product page of VI PRO.

    And here are MANY video tutorials that show the features of VI PRO.

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for the response.

    I just tried it and it works well. However, I have a question; It's kind of hassling to create an instance of VI Pro for EVERY Instrument I need. Is there another way to do this at all, or can I only do it with VI Pro, or could I load more than 1 instrument with each instance of VI Pro?

    Nevermind. Figured out I could load a VI Pro in Vienna Ensemble.
