I need the Performance Tool!

Just a question. I tried to download the performance tool and it says

Additionally in a few minutes you will receive the Response Key for this computer at your registered e-mail address...

so... ehm... what is the "Activation Wizzard" and how do I pull my ID from his magic hat? Sorry i'm such a noob [:(]

please visit the TOOLS menu of the DOWNLOADS section in the USER AREA first and get your performance tool and the respective manual.
if you run any former versions of the performance tool please uninstall it via START - Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs. search for VSL performance Tool there, highlight it and click *Remove*.
if you have any customized .pal-files it would be a good idea to make a copy of your folders Tool Sets, Legato Sets, Alternation Sets, Repetition Sets in C:\\Programs\\VSLPerformanceTool\
after then having installed the new tool and run it the first time an activation wizzard will appear and present the option for online or offline activation. if your gigastation is not connected to the internet this is the point where the activation page (where you have been as you describe above) comes into play - enter the computerID from the activation wizzard and you will immediately receive a response key to enable all modes you need for your registered products
