I just purchased VSL C Trumpet (Full), Harp I (Full), and Cornet (Full). I'm using Download Manager 2.1.11242 on OS 10.7.4. I've been able to download the initial files, enter the activation codes, and download the licenses onto my vienna key. The problem occurs after I press the "install" button on download manager. It writes all of the full ".dat" files, but then it says "adding path to repository"--where it just hangs. At the bottom, a smaller window says "rescanning directories," which gets about 10% full and then hangs without progress. So far, this has happened with all three inidividual instruments that I've purchased. I do not have any sophisticated firewall or anti-virus software. Thanks for your help.
