  • I have downloaded yesterday Vienna Ensemble PRO 5 and Vienna MIR PRO, the Roompacks too. I had no problem with Vienna ensemble and Vienna Suite. I have still 25 possible openings of VEP left. Do I have to download something else? The instruments on the right side of VEP are greyed out. Normally there should be a picture.

  • I have opened the version of Vienna Ensemble x64 and it still works normally. It is located on an external disk, could it be this the problem, while VEP is directly on my computer?

  • I have now tried the "gopro" system within the vienna ensemble, and redownloaded vep, but it is still unable to update vienna ensemble.

  • Just asking: Is the path to VI and VI Pro entered correctly in VE Pro's Preferences?

BTW - don't be afraid of running out of demo starts. You can "reload" them online as often as you want, using the eLicenser Control Panel.

  • It only asks me the path to the roompack data folder in the preferences.

  • The instruments are now visible on the rigjht side of thre screen names and pictures but there is still no icon on the bottom left, so no way apparently to load them.

  • Do you actually have VI or VI Pro installed? It's required to have it show up in VE Pro.

  • I have Vienna Ensemble, and it works. But it is on an external disk.

  • Hello brunojul,

Please download and install the Vienna Instruments Software from the User Area of our website again, then it will also be available in Vienna Ensemble Pro/MIR Pro!

    Best, Marnix

  • Thanks Marnix, it now works. There are no pictures on VI, maybe a problem of link, but it sounds perfect.
