Im trying out VEpro5/MIR on a trial licence, with logic pro
Im running 64bit on a single imac
In total i have 23 tracks of audio/software insts in logic
Ive routed 16 tracks as audio inputs into VEpro5 and its playing the first 10 channels ok. they are all set up in 1-2/3-4 etc to 31-32 and routed to the master bus in ve pro5
the last 6 are not coming through at all to the ve pro mixer. All have been assigned correctly with a bypassed I/O plugin
there is also a substantial delay or latency introduced, so that all the instruments in VEpro5 are lagging about 330ms behind the rest of the track
Ive set latency on the server to none, and it doesnt seem to matter what latency i select on logic, it still has the same delay
Another question is this: My main reason for getting VEpro is to use MIR. As i understand it i can use a maximum of 16 channels in any one instance of VEpro5 in logic.
Is it possible to route more through to the same instance of MIR, or do i have to have 2 MIRs running at the same time?
