First of all I would like to thank you all at Vienna for building these wonderful Librarys...but here is my problem...
This year I purchased some Downloadinstruments from Vienna and while working on my annual tax declaration I wondered why there are no invoices send to me after the purchase or can I download them anywhere ?
.....never thougth about it before but a big company that is sending no invoices for the purchased goods ?!
