    im getting frustrated here. ive contacted VSL support about not being able to install special edition content and im not getting replies beyond the first one which asked i download the latest software and elicencer. I have done this and still get the same error message (see text below)

    Perhaps there is a good and genuine reason for the lack of communication, and i hope this can be resolved without delay

    Hello Iain,

     

    You mention you have downloaded "V43_SE-strings_ext_v1" and "V44_SE-strings-plus_std_v1" - these are in fact old versions of the Library Download files and can indeed not be installed with the new licenses!

    May I ask where you have these Download files from?

     

    Please download and install SE Vol. 1 Strings PLUS - Library Download from https://www.vsl.co.at/en/68/2219/2236/1908.htm and SE Vol. 2 Strings - Library Download from https://www.vsl.co.at/en/68/2219/2232/1905.htm - does that work better?
