Hello, a long time ago I had this issue and I posted a message (Aug 14 2011) in here to get help. However, as soon as I received an answer, I solved the problem by chance: I switched off the Firewall on my iMac (Host), switched on the Euphonix MC Artist / Transport / PC-Slave one after another to find each other via LAN and everything sounded perfectly.
Now the same problem occurred again and I don´t know why. Because it worked once I know it´s no Buffer Option issue. I was using VE Pro 4. Today I bought VE Pro 5 but the problem persists:
1.) I start Logic 9 or Pro Tools 10 on my iMac
2.) connect it to my PC-Slave to play 1 instance with 1 Instrument of EW Hollywood Strings or Brass or Composer´s Collection (with or without Euphonix Controller in my LAN.
3.) I get a sound full of pops and clicks
I hope there´s a just a silly mistake I made, because I know my system should be strong enough to handle Hollywood Strings / Brass without any problems. (The Basics are the same East West uses for testing - only CPU and SSDs are faster here):
