Hi Michael,
have you checked whether the VSL Directory Manager knows about the libraries' disk path or not?
Kind regards,

Dietz,
I cannot even find the .dll to point the download manager to. Where is it located? As I recall download manager did this automatically for all my other stuff. I can't recall.
I can't even find a folder called Epic Orchestra on the drive where I keep my samples. I thought tht Epic Orch was automatically downloaded with VE Pro - am I wrong about that? DO I need to download it from somewhere else? Where is odd to me is that it shows up as registereed on my web page and on the eLicenser.
Thanks,
Mike
Hi Mike,
the link to the Epic Orchestra files is in the first line of the VE Pro page in your User Area. ;-) .. get them from here: -> http://www.vsl.co.at/en/68/498/943/1595.htm
After the installation you will need the Directory Manager (not the same application as the Download Manager) to tell the Vienna Instrument Player where to look for the actual library. The Directory Manager should be part of the installation.
