Hello. I've been a registered user of VEPro 4 for a few years, and I recently upgraded to VEPro 5. Up until now, I've only run VEPro on one machine (Mac), but now I'd like to run it on a 2nd machine. On your "software registration" page, I have 4 registered serial numbers for VEPro 4 and another 4 for VEPro 5. Today I purchased a 2nd Vienna Key, plugged it into the 2nd machine, and installed eLicenser. But eLicenser wants "Activation Codes" (not serial numbers). So -- how does one get an Activation Code? I checked my email (which I save religiously), and I have email containing activation codes for VEPro 5 upgrade I did, this past March. But I have no email containing Activation Codes for VEPro 4. When I enter the VEP5 Activation Codes in eLicenser, I'm told "there is no license available which can be upgraded by your upgrade license." So -- how do I obtain the Activation Codes for any of the *FOUR* registrations i have for VEPro 4 (since VEPro 5 apparently depends upon those for activation of VEPro 5)? (Frankly, with all due respect, this entire system is remarkably obtuse and unfriendly.) Where do I go from here? (P.S. While typing this, I created paragraphs which made the post easier to read. But upon viewing it in the forum, all carriage returns are *removed*, creating instead one, long mash-up. Why? Another unnecessary frustration.)
