    I just purchased VI PLUS - updated all installers, eKeys, etc. Running LION on a MAC - After I select the package info file on my PLUS disc, an error comes up say ing the installer quit unexpectedly. Any ideas out there?

    Welcome Ken [:)],

    Please make sure that you are using the latest eLCC and ALL the latest VSL software (Vienna Instruments and Vienna Ensemble in your case).

    We have updated the copy protection and also updated all software for Lion, so all parts (protection software and the protected software) need to be updated! After this, please restart your computer, and everything should work just fine!
