    I am a novice at trying to get VE Pro to work with Digital Performer 7. So Far I've gotten a piano to appear on one channel. VE PRO shows that the signal is present on its meters but there is no sound. ould someone help me with step by step instructions easy enough for a dope to follow. Thanks very much.

    Problem solved. Somehow sound had been turned to 0 in the System Preferences. Directions in the DP 7 manual are more clear than those in the VE PRO manual. Everything's happily work for the moment.
