    I kind of reverse engineered the High Woodwinds/Brass Expression map which VSL has provided. I noticed in the Output Mapping section, in addition to the two Note On Keyswitches in Data 1 they also have a third item, "controller", which affects CC1.

    I understand why the "Note On" outputs are there (to tell VSL to play a certain keyswitch), but what does the "Controller Outout" accomplish? What does it do and why is it there?
