    I just purchased the MIR pro and VE pro5,But I downloaded the RoomPacks only 0KB and Showing 0 servers online，Please help me（I am in China, because of my speed slow it?），Or tell me there are other ways to get it?

    When I click the d/l file, I get 2 servers online. Is your Internet connection active on the computer you are downloading onto? Have you got some sort of Firewall that is blocking the connection?

    I would suggest that you contact support@vsl.co.at and then when they have sorted it out for you, report back here, so that other users will know how to fix this problem if it occurs.

    Thank you DG, I have to start the download[:P], and now at 10, start can not download the version is too old because the Download manager. Now I use V2.1.91.4,
