    For some reason today my eLicenser has decided not to show any license on my key to my main daw...I have updated the eLicenser app "updated eLicenser Database" but when I look on the eLicenser there are no licenses listed (which should be VEPro 4)

    I'm in desperate need to get up and running again...please help!

    UPDATE: I have switched out another key from another satillite computer and it shows up on my DAW...As far as the original DAW key, I keep getting a "communication error to the server" when I try to "online Sync and Maintenance," so am I to assume that the key itself is bad?

    I hate this kind of trouble shooting....and time lost.
