you're quite thrifty with information about your system 😉 .... but I assume you're talking about VE Pro 5 and MIR Pro (... or is it VE Pro 4 and "legacy" Vienna MIR"?)
To connect an existing VE Pro mixer channel with MIR Pro, you just have to select the appropriate plugin from the "Effects"-insert list. Each newly created channel will instatiate this insert automatically as long as the respective preference is activated (there's a dedicated icon for that function on the top for VE Pro's GUI).
Please see p. 19 ff of MIR Pro's preliminary manual ("5. Adding Instruments") for more details.
... if this doesn't solve your problem, I will definitely need more detailed information, like basic system parameters (OS, CPU, RAM, DAW, audio system etc.), software versions etc. to be able to offer meaningful support. 😊
