I purchased VEP5, and can't download Epic Orchestra

Hi, I purchased and registered VEP5, and cannot download epic orchestra. When I go to the page for Epic Orchestra, it says to download the download manager and the download manager file for Epic Orchestra. I can't find download manager anywhere. On the download manager page, the only things available are the manual in english and german. What am I missing? Thanks, Mike

Hi, I had to hack my way through this myself today... If you are in the 'user' area click on the word 'software' (near the 'user' word on top) scroll down slightly and you will see Vienna Ensemble Pro, click onto that picture. My account takes me to 'Pro 4' first. Both the Pro 4 and the Pro 5 page show the Epic Orchestra download. It's hard to see - it's sort of floating above all the columns and states "Please find the files for Epic Orchestra here" click the underlined 'here'. Again, it's hard to see - but on the next page under the 'Download Manager Files' is the Epic Orchestra Standard Download. Hope this helps - now I need to go back to fixing my registration problem.

Thanks for the reply. When I click the link that says "Please find the files for EPIC ORCHESTRA here", the page that comes up does not have a "download manager files" section. The only files on that page are pdf manuals. It's probably stemming from some problem with my account's access, but it's irritating. Thanks for the help, though.

Please register your Epic Orchestra first, then you´ll have access to the Download Files as well [;)]

But, even more comfortable: As you purchased VE PRO as a boxed product, you will find a DVD containing the Epic Orchestra, so you don´t even have to download it (but you need the license available on your key to install it)!
