2 Kontakt in one VE Pro, how to setup the midi?
If there's 2 multi timbre instruemnts in one VE pro. How to set up so different kontakt can receive individual midi signals? I seachred the manuel but didn't find the answer. Thanks!

Which sequencer are you using? If it is Logic, please check out the Logic specific pages in the VE PRO 5 manual (page 33). You have to create additional MIDI Ports with the help of the VE PRO EVENT INPUT Plug-in, as the AU Standard only allows for one MIDI Port, by design.
We´re currently working on another workaround to provide multi-port accessibility on Logic, this will be presented within the next days.

You either assign a different port to each instance of Kontakt or you assign the same port to two instances and use channels 1-8 on one and 9-16 on the other.
Separate ports is easiest but you can quickly building up an enormous number of ports and the MIDI insert plugin is quite CPU intensive so that's no ideal. You can use an external midi solution like Midi Over Lan which is less CPU intensive for some reason but its an "experimental feature" in VSL and the latency can be a bit alarming as it doesn't seem to do automatic latency compensation with external midi. However it does support tempo synching and all that so it's a viable option.
