    Hi,

    Almost two weeks ago I contacted VSL support and got an automatic email with a tracking ticket number. Yesterday I tried to get an update on the support issue and got an automatic email again with the same tracking information.

    Is there a non-automatic way of getting feedback from support?

    Ah yes, the Logic project. Sorry I didn't answer that yet. I'm working on improving the situation in Logic in general. At this point it's probably better to avoid using the Audio/Event Input plugins in Logic until the next update.
