    Dear Community,

    Just bought VI PRO 2 and installed it.

    I updated Vienna Instruments, Vienna Ensemble and downloaded the latest version of Vienna Instruments PRO 2, subsequently updated all the libraries in the Directory Manager. Then I installed Vienna Instruments PRO 2 and started it (Logic 9.1.5) In Vienna Instruments PRO 2, the new presets show up - but the moment I try to load them, nothing loads - the presets are opened without any samples. The old presets, however, work just fine.

    I reparied ownerships & permissions, updated the files again - the update seems to complete as it should. But again - no samples are loaded when I open the new presets.

    I contacted the support on Wednesday, but I'm still waiting for an answer. I should do some work...

    My setup: Mac Pro 2009, 2 x 2.26 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 32 GB RAM

    Host: Logic 9.1.5

    Hi,

    the VIPro2 presets ship with disabled cells - you will have to enable the preset/matrix/cell that you want to use. There is also a setting called "Force Enable Cells", that will always load presets/matrices fully enabled.
