     Dear community,

    I'm happy to announce another addition of the VI PRO 2 library updates which are part of our holiday special.

    "Chord Tremolo" matrix files which are now available for all String DVD collections and Woodwinds DVD collections, and further for the Full Download Woodwind instruments. These matrix files are based on our performance trill patches and offer finger tremolo chords for the listed instrument sections.

    Library updates which are labeled with the date "2011-12-13" will add Chord Tremolo Matrixfiles into your VI PRO database.

    We have also prepared a new video which demonstates some of the possibilities,

    Thank you very much! Downloading now. 

    Question though, I see these update files for my Solo Strings, Chamber Strings, and App Strings, but NOT for my special edition library. Will these presets be made available for these libraries as well?

     Chord Tremolos are based on "performance trill" patches which are not part of any Special Edition content. So it's not possible to make this kind of matrix files available for Special Edition libraries.

    Herb,

    I like this but how difficult is to to 'mess it up a bit'.  To my ears it sounds to perfect.   Thanks for advice here (humanization, differing BPM's, etc.)  Really looking for the fastest way to achieve this.   Thanks again Herb for all this work.

     Easiest way "to mess it up" is layering two different string sections, for example solostrings & appassionatas and using slightly different BPM speeds for each instrument section.
