VEP plugin load order

What determines the order in which plugins are loaded in an instance of VE Pro (with several Event Plugins connecting to it)? 

I ask because Finale 2012 is not very cooperative in adding ports in anything other than score order.  As it's better to load Play before Konatakt, I'm wondering if there's a way to control this in VEP itself.  If not, it could be a useful feature.

The order is simply determined by the order of the channels in the instance.
