    Hi
    I got my copy of VSL last week and has been playing around
    with the performance tool just yesterday.
    There seem to be some descrepancies between the manual and
    the actual program - eg. in the manual there's a release trigger key
    field, but there's not in the performance tool. In the manual there's
    a smoothing value - in the tool there's not - and so forth..
    I downloaded the tool from the userarea - but is it a wrong version?

    Sorry for some descrepancies between the manual and the programm.
    These are errors in the manual not in the software.

    First, the missing smoothing slider in legato mode:

    This function was finally not necessary, because you can set the smoothing more controlled with "legato treshhold" and "release time"

    The release trigger key will be available for the pro edition.
    We will also offer a free update of the tool and art files for all, who won't upgrade. The release sample database is already included in the gigfiles.
