Additional Delivery on USB

If I order the MIR PRO and Ensemble PRO 5 Bundle, what is the diffierence between "Download" and "Additional delivery on USB Stick"?

The basket contents seems to be the same.

Hello Pekay, 

If you order the additional USB Stick, you don´t have to download the data, and you´ll get a fancy VSL USB Stick, that contains the data of our "PRO" software products.

Paul, I plan to purchase on Friday of this week and order the USB stick as a backup.  Will the license be available via web (using trial now) when I purchase or do I have to wait for the stick to arrive?  I'm assuming the license will be available at the time of purchase but want to verify....
