    Please get rid of Flash om your Website. Videos can be done with HTML5 and then be viewed on mobile devices.

    basically i'd second that ...

    unfortunately browsers couldn't agree to a universal video codec, so even if a browser supports the video-tag, it does not always support H264 (mp4), e.g. firefox natively only supports VC8 ...

    to have a flash with a fallback to the video tag is easy, to integrate a video tag with a fallback to flash (for all browsers)  is an advanced task.

    stay tuned - we're working on a solution.
