    I registered my SE boundle, but now at the product registration window appears this text: "No licenses in this category for this login" And at the top right my e-mail address just disappear, when I click on "Login" again the text is: You are logged in as ...... My profile window is totally empty.

    And welcome to our forum!

    I'm sorry to hear about this strange problem... I see in our records that you've successfully registered all parts of the Special Edition Bundle, and that you already downloaded all licenses to your key, so from our side everything looks just fine. So my guess is that this is a browser-related issue. Please try to use another browser and check if everything looks ok then; otherwise you can also delete all vsl.co.at-cookies in your current browser, and empty the cache (see browser preferences for these options).

    If the problem persists, please contact us with as many details as possible (operating system and version, browser and version, screenshots) at , I'm sure we'll be able to solve this problem in no time. [:)]

    Hello Stefan, I steel have this login problem, I always dropped out, and when I try to login again it says: I'm already logged in. I've send and e-mail as you mentioned (17 October), but no reply untill today. This is the e-mail what I've send: "Thanks for your reply. I've tried different browsers,(Firefox 7.0.1., Safari 5.1, Internet Explorer 7.0) and deleted cookies, empty cache etc. My operating system is Vista SP 1. I've tried other computers, on XP SP3, Windows 7 SP1, but everything the same. There are some screenshots as attachment. When I choose one of the menus at the top (Company, products, demo zone, etc) always logged in, but after choosing something from the left side always drop me out, and it seems I logged out. after click login again it says: "You are logged in as Grapemus-t". After registration of SE, I changed my Profile-name to Grapemus-t. May be thats cause this... I've registered the Vienna-key first on the computer I use for Vienna, but I dont want to use internet connection on this machine, so I registered my Vienna-key and SE on an other computer, which I use at this moment as well (Vista) Otherwise SE semms to be working well.     Hello Stefan! Still nothing happened. The only thing I can use is the forum. I can't use none of other user area things, always dropped out, then click login, and the answer I'm already loged in. Can it help, if create a new registration? Best Grapemus-t
