Sorry if this is not the right place, but I dont find a place where I can write this.
I send emails with no response, almost zero communication between Ilio and VSL Sales about my case, etc. I have issues with the delivery of my order because there was a mistake in the papers they sent and my package is retained now since 3 days ago approx. (I wont give details because the mistake is a bit serious). Also, I need to pay extra US40 for the storage in UPS (postal service), which I would like to solve because it was not my responsability.
Anyone can help me with a serious contact info?. I would like to contact a superior that can help me with my case. Thanks in advance
