canot login due to bad email adress

Hi. I had to change email address. But the new email address I provided turned out to not work properly. So I cannot receive the activation email. I do have a working email address, but I cannot use the "forgot password" or "reactivate acount" functions because it only accept username AND the already registered email address. My original profile name is "Grobe". Thanks

welcome wongwq, unfortunately we cannot find any username or profile name "Grobe" - it was also not possible to identify you with address or town ... so please email  providing your serial number(s) to merge your accounts to a working one.
